Grief Counseling

Loss is a traumatic event. It may be a little t or a big T trauma, depending on the circumstances. Either way, it’s important to address the stress and trauma first to help rebalance your nervous system. This can help to calm the overwhelm or freeze/shut down that can accompany loss. Then we can get to the grief work without you feeling so overwhelmed.

Resilience Training

Learn resilience skills for coping with difficult times such as trauma and disasters. You will learn how to grow inner strength and develop resilience for the future. Resilience training is offered to healthcare professionals, businesses, and community organizations.
